Abstract: In the process of body assembly in the general assembly workshop of vehicle enterprises, each section of interior trim line, chassis line, general assembly line, four-wheel positioning and repair has its own failure mode. If there is a quality problem, it will take a lot of time to check and affect the production efficiency. In this paper, combined with the actual case of the abnormal noise of the back door during the road test of our vehicle, the PFMEA tool is used to analyze and find out the causes of the abnormal noise of the back door, and the process optimization is carried out in the assembly process of the general assembly workshop in the early stage. On the basis of the subsequent process test verification, the quality problem of the abnormal noise of the back door during the road test is solved, the stability and safety of the vehicle body are improved.

摘要: 在车企总装车间车身装配过程中,内饰线、底盘线、总装线、四轮定位、返修各工段都有 各自的失效模式,如果发生质量问题,就会导致花费大量时间检查,影响生产效率。文章结合车 辆在路试过程中的后背门异响实际案例,运用 PFMEA 工具进行分析,找出导致后背门异响产生 的原因,并且在前期的总装车间装配过程中进行工艺优化,在后续的工艺试验验证基础上,解决 了后背门在路试过程中产生异响的质量问题,提高了车身稳定性及安全性。
