Abstract: The three-dimensional software Creo was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the wheel hub, and after importing into ANSYS Workbench, it was meshed to form a finite element calculation model and calculated, and the stress and deformation results under the limit working condition were obtained. According to the analysis and calculation results, the structural improvement plan is proposed and the verification calculation is carried out, which provides an important theoretical basis for the optimization design.

摘要: 文章利用三维软件 Creo 建立轮毂的三维模型,导入 ANSYS Workbench 后进行网格化,形 成有限元计算模型并进行计算,得出其极限工况时的应力、变形结果。依据分析计算结果,提出 结构改进方案并进行验证计算,为优化设计提供重要的理论依据。
