浅析螺纹紧固件扭矩的计算与验证

Abstract: In automobile assembly, the assembly quality of threaded fasteners will directly affect the assembly quality and driving reliability of the whole vehicle, so the calculation and check of its torque is very important. This paper discusses the calculation method and theory of clamping force and torque, combined with different tightening scenarios, this paper puts forward the torque calculation method and verification are proposed, which can be used for the anti loosing design of new products and the anti loosing check of known threaded fasteners, so as to effectively improve the design efficiency and ensure the tightening quality of products.

摘要: 在汽车装配中,螺纹紧固件装配的质量将直接影响整车装配质量和行驶的可靠性,因此其扭矩的计算和校 核就显得非常重要。文章探讨夹紧力和扭矩的计算方法和理论,结合不同的拧紧场景,提出扭矩正向计算方法和验 证,可用于全新产品的防松设计,也可用于已知螺纹紧固件的防松校核,能够有效提高设计效率,保障产品的拧紧 质量。

关键词: 紧固件;扭矩;夹紧力
