Abstract: Deformable parts are widely used in automobile interior and exterior trims. If this type of part is treated as rigid body in virtual assessment, the difference from the result of actual installation is significant. By using the finite element simulation method, this type of part can be analyzed in early stage of process planning for optimizing product structure and process. In this essay, the installation analysis of rear bumper fascia under complex conditions is taken as a case to verify the feasibility of applying the finite element simulation method.

摘要: 可变形零件在汽车内外饰有着广泛运用,若在虚拟评估时将其视为刚体分析则与实际安装效果差别大。论 文通过引入有限元仿真方法,在前期工艺规划阶段针对该类零件进行安装过程的形变分析,以此优化产品结构和工 艺,并以后保险杠蒙皮在复杂工况下的安装形变分析作为案例验证了有限元虚拟仿真的应用可行性。
