Abstract: The article mainly studied the characteristics of alcohols, natural gas, dimethyl ether, and hydrogen. And compr -ehensively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various alternative fuels when used in vehicle engines. The results showed that methanol and dimethyl ether have the advantages of mature technology and high production efficiency. Dimethyl ether still needs a lot of experimental research work in technology. The use of hydrogen in engines is relatively mature, but its combustion needs to be studied.

摘要: 文章主要对醇类、天然气、二甲醚、氢气的特性进行了深入研究,综合分析各类代用燃料用于车用发动机时的优缺点。结果表明:甲醇和二甲醚具有技术成熟和生产效率高的优点,二甲醚在技术上尚需进行大量的试验研究工作,氢在发动机上的使用较为成熟,但还需要对其燃烧进行研究改善。
