Abstract: This article systematically describes the noise generation and propagation mechanism of the pure electric bus electronic hydraulic power steering system (EHPS). For different noise sources, The control strategy of the steering motor is modified, the inner curve of the stator of the steering pump is adjusted, and the tuner tube is added. Through the real vehicle contrast test. The improvement measures are confirmed, and the noise of steering system can be effectively reduced.

摘要: 文章系统地阐述了纯电动客车电子液压助力转向系统(EHPS)噪音产生类型、传播机理,针对不同噪声源,提出了修改转向电机控制策略、调整转向油泵定子内曲线、加装调谐器管的改善方法。通过实车对比试验,确定了实施性较强的改进措施,最终可有效降低转向系统噪音。
