Abstract: According to the new model filler cap and side surface difference problem instance analysis, fishbone diagram analysis of the filler cap and the influence factors of side face bad problems around, through analyze to determine the cross reinforcement filler cap in the assembly process and side mounting holes around the scraped material piling as the main influence factors, and formulate the corresponding countermeasures for validation, by PDCA cycle to determine the ultimate countermeasure, at the same time, sum up experience form analytical database in order to better guide subsequent parsing models quality problem.

摘要： 论文根据新车型加油口盖与侧围面差问题实例的解析,采用鱼骨图分析了加油口盖与侧围产生面差问题的影响因素,通过逐一分析确定装配过程中加油口盖十字筋与侧围安装孔刮擦堆料为主要影响因素,并制定相应的对策进行验证,通过PDCA循环确定最终对策,同时总结经验形成问题解析数据库以更好地指导解析后续车型质量问题。
