Abstract: 20CrMnTi carburized with furnace cooling to 815 ℃ furnace quenching directly, the surface carbide level is poor, does not meet the process requirements, through theoretical analysis, because of the high carbon potential in the furnace led to carbide level is poor. According to the method of eliminating carbides, different process test methods are developed. Finally, a reasonable elimination process scheme is developed through the comparison and analysis of test results.

摘要: 20CrMnTi渗碳后随炉冷却至815 ℃出炉直接淬火,表面碳化物级别超差,不满足工艺要求,通过理论分析,因炉内碳势过高导致碳化物级别超差。根据消除碳化物的方法,制定不同的工艺试验方法,最终通过试验结果对比、分析,制定出合理的消除工艺方案。
