Abstract: In order to solve the problem of oil string and oil leakage of wet multi-disc brake used in port AGV, the piston seal structure was studied, analyzed and improved in depth. The optimal solution was determined by comparing and verifying the three sealing structure schemes. In addition, related design and process requirements are controlled to provide a reference for the development and application of new product projects in the future.

摘要: 文章针对港口AGV用湿式多盘制动器串油及漏油故障问题,对活塞密封结构进行了深入研究分析和改进,通过对3种密封结构方案试装对比验证,确定了最优方案。此外对相关设计和工艺要求进行控制,为后续新产品项目拓展应用提供了参考依据。
