Abstract: In the process of adjusting a vehicle, the adjusting engineer found that the vibration response of the vehicle was obvious, the impact was large and the ride comfort was poor in the acceleration, braking and over-deceleration conditions. This paper analyzed the above problems. Firstly, the DOE of ride comfort is analyzed by using Adams/insight software, and the factors affecting ride comfort performance are analyzed, and the factors affecting ride comfort are confirmed. Secondly, the influencing factors are evaluated and analyzed to determine the optimal ride comfort scheme. Finally, the optimization scheme is analyzed, in order to determine the feasibility of the final optimization scheme.

摘要: 某车型在调校过程中,调校工程师发现车辆在加速、制动及过减速带工况中,整车的振动响应明显,纵向冲击较大,平顺性较差,文章对上述问题进行分析。首先,应用Adams/insight软件进行平顺性DOE分析,对影响纵向柔度性能的因素进行分析及确认;其次,对影响较大的因素进行评估分析,确定优化纵向柔度的方案;最后,对优化方案进行分析,确定最终的优化方案。
