Abstract: According to the characteristic that the hydraulic bushing can provide large stiffness and damping under the condition of low frequency and high amplitude vibration, this paper establishes a seven degree of freedom model including hydraulic bushing mechanics based on the classical seven degree of freedom vibration model based on Matlab software, and introduces the transmission characteristics. Finally, by comparing the body vertical acceleration power spectral density curve and tire dynamic load of the two models, the results show that the seven degree of freedom model with hydraulic bushing can describe the vehicle vibration transmission characteristics more accurately.

摘要: 根据液压衬套能在低频率、高振幅的振动情况下提供大刚度和大阻尼这一特点,文章基于Matlab软件在经典七自由度振动模型的基础上建立了包含液压衬套力学的七自由度模型,并介绍了传递特性,最后通过对比两个模型的车身垂直加速度功率谱密度曲线、轮胎动载荷曲线、悬架动行程曲线,验证了包含液压衬套的七自由度模型更能准确地描述汽车振动传递特性。
