Abstract: In view of the problem of rear suspension abnormal noise of a vehicle under the condition of twisted road, through the test of objective data, the vibration amplitude of the upper eye, mounting bolt and body position on the rear shock absorber is the highest. After disassembled and analysised, the abnormal noise is caused by out of tolerance of piston face size of shock absorber and plane welding slag of body screw sleeve. Finally, the welding process of piston mould and body bolt pipe is optimized to solve the problem.

摘要: 针对某车型在扭曲路工况下后悬异响问题,通过客观数据测试,后减振器上吊环、安装螺栓、车身位置振动频率最大。经过拆解分析,该异响是由于减振器活塞阀面尺寸超差和车身螺纹套管平面焊渣引起,最后优化活塞模具及车身螺栓管焊接工艺解决了该问题。
