摘要: 随着新能源汽车行业的迅猛发展,其关键组件之一的前信号灯亦展现出集成化的发展 趋势。研究提出了一项创新的前信号灯多功能集成方案,该方案以单一发光二极管(LED) 光源结合可旋转多面光学结构,通过霍尔传感与步进电机实现发光面的精准切换,在有限空 间内完成多种照明与信号功能的融合。测试结果表明,该结构在低亮与高亮模式下的最大发 光强度分别达到 123 cd 与 616 cd。该设计既保持了汽车外观设计的精致性,又有效节约了空 间资源,进而显著降低了整车的制造成本。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, one of its key components, the front signal light, has also shown an integrated development trend. This study proposes an innovative multifunctional integration scheme for front signal lights. This solution utilizes a single light-emitting diode (LED) source combined with a rotatable multi-face optical structure, achieving precise switching of light-emitting surfaces through a Hall sensor and stepper motor, thereby integrating multiple lighting and signaling functions within a confined space. Test results demonstrate that the maximum luminous intensities of the structure in low-beam and high-beam modes reach 123 cd and 616 cd respectively. This design not only maintains an exquisite automotive appearance but also effectively saves space, significantly reducing overall manufacturing costs.
