摘要: 非公路宽体车上装系统包括货厢、液压举升系统和其他附件,是宽体车的重要组成部 分,承担着货物装卸载体的重要任务,其性能好坏和工况环境适应性直接影响整车产品的使 用和评价。文章提出上装和液压举升系统设计的一般原则,对货厢和液压油缸的设计过程进 行分析计算,提出货厢设计的一般匹配原则,并对不同工况下货厢选型匹配进行阐述,这对 于提高宽体车上装匹配准确性、增加整车可靠性和使用寿命具有一定指导意义。

Abstract: The upper loading system of non-highway wide-body vehicle, which includes the cargo box, hydraulic lifting system and other accessories, it is an important component of wide-body vehicles, undertaking the important task of serving as a carrier for cargo loading and unloading. The performance and adaptability to working conditions and environments directly affect the use and evaluation of the vehicle products. This paper puts forward the general principles for the design of the upper loading system and the hydraulic lifting system, analyzes and calculates the design process of the cargo box and the hydraulic cylinder, proposes the general matching principles for cargo box design, and expounds on the selection and matching of cargo boxes under different working conditions. This has certain guiding significance for improving the correct matching of the upper loading system of wide-body vehicles and enhancing the reliability and service life of the vehicle.
