车用动力电池回收利用政策及标准分析

摘要： 随着新能源汽车动力电池退役量不断增加,动力电池回收利用产业进入规模化发展阶段。通过对动力电池回收利用政策及标准的梳理和分析,发现行业对动力电池回收利用的规范发展需求逐渐增加。目前,退役动力电池回收监管政策相继出台,对回收企业的各项要求正在补充完善,对产业链上各环节企业的相关责任逐渐明确。同时,动力电池回收利用标准制定速度加快,未来相关细分领域的电池回收利用标准会逐步扩充,进一步促进行业规范化发展。

Abstract: As the number of retired power batteries of new energy vehicles continues to increase, the power battery recycling industry has entered a stage of large-scale development. Through combing and analyzing the power battery recycling policies and standards, it is found that the industry has gradually increasing demand for the standardized development of power battery recycling. At present, the regulatory policies for the recycling of decommissioned power batteries have been promulgated one after another, and the requirements for recycling companies are being supplemented and improved, and the related responsibilities of enterprises in all links of the industrial chain are gradually clarified. At the same time, the development of power battery recycling standards has accelerated, and the battery recycling standards in related sub-fields will be gradually expanded in the future, further promoting the standardized development of the industry.
