摘要： 整车BOM（Bill Of Material）贯穿于汽车产品项目整个开发过程,是汽车产品研发设计、生产制造和售后服务数据管理的基础。尤其是随着新能源汽车的崛起,汽车企业更加注重用户体验舒适性与用户服务效率性,研究整车BOM在新能源汽车产品开发过程中的应用对及时响应用户需求具有重要的保障。文章主要研究了新能源汽车正向开发中整车BOM与关联部门间的工作关系,以及整车BOM不同开发阶段的工作重点,明确了整车BOM与上下游供求端的关系和开发过程中的职责,有助于最大程度发挥整车零部件数据管理的功能,更好地为用户服务。

Abstract: Bill Of Material runs through the whole development process of automotive product projects, and is the basis of the data management for R&D design, manufacturing and after-sales service. Especially with the rise of new energy vehicles, automobile companies pay more attention to user experience comfort and user service efficiency. Research on the application of vehicle BOM in the development of new energy vehicles has an important guarantee for to response to user needs in time. This paper mainly studies the working relationship between the vehicle BOM and related departments, as well as the focus of the different stages of the vehicle BOM in the forward development of new energy vehicles. It clarifies the relationship between the BOM and the upstream and downstream departments and the responsibilities in the development process. It is helpful to maximize the function of data management of vehicle parts and better serve users.
