Abstract: This paper studies the optimization of the width of the whole vehicle at the multi purpose vehicles sliding door. The width of the whole vehicle is determined by the layout of the upper body and the layout of the lower body. The influence of the layout of the lower body on the width of the whole vehicle is mainly the size of the tire, the size of the engine and the size of the suspension. When the tire and the engine are fixed, the width of the whole vehicle is adjusted by fine-tuning the suspension size. The influence of the layout of the upper body on the width of the whole vehicle is mainly the size of the riding space, When the riding space is certain, the key point of vehicle width optimization is the sliding door hinge track layout. The sliding door MPV vehicle width optimizes the suspension arm length and sliding door hinge track layout through ADMAS simulation.

摘要: 多用途汽车滑门处对整车宽度进行优化,整车宽度由上车体布置和下车体布置共同决 定。下车体布置对整车宽度的影响主要有轮胎大小、发动机大小以及悬架尺寸。在轮胎与发 动机固定的情况下,通过微调悬架尺寸来调整整车宽度。上车体布置对整车宽度的影响主要 是乘坐空间的大小,在乘坐空间一定的情况下,整车宽度优化的关键点是滑门铰链轨道布置, 滑门 MPV 整车宽度通过 ADMAS 仿真对悬架臂长优化和滑门铰链轨道布置进行优化。
