Abstract: Metal belt is the core important part of continuously variable transmission, however, its failure will bring on car power loss, and even personal safety. This paper mainly studies metal belt structure applied in continuously variable transmission gearbox and its working principle. Meanwhile, we study its force analysis during power transfer, formula of axial deviation value generation during ratio changes, the failure process and mechanism of the fracture of metal belt caused by axial deflection are analyzed in detail. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed to reduce the harm of axial deflection by reasonable matching parameters, so as to reduce the fracture risk of continuously variable transmission caused by road load and improve the working reliability of continuously variable transmission.

摘要: 钢带是无级变速器核心零件,钢带失效会导致汽车突然失去动力而危及人身安全。文 章介绍金属带式无级变速器传动系统的结构、变速原理,分析了钢带在动力传递过程中的受 力状态,推导出在速比变化过程中产生的轴向偏斜量公式,详细分析了轴向偏斜导致钢带断 的机理和失效过程。最后提出在设计时通过合理匹配参数来减少轴向偏斜危害的措施,以此 降低因冲击载荷导致无级变速器断裂风险,提高无级变速器工作可靠性。
