Abstract: This paper briefly expounds the common unqualified tightening problems of double mass flywheel, investigates and analyzes the actual problem cases, makes data analysis by using corresponding quality tools. Aiming at how to promote the qualification rate of double mass flywheel tightening, we verified the implementation of measures, eventually we replaced positioning jig, optimized the fixed bolts of support tray, and set the reasonable camera angle compensation value allowance of the circle center, and modefication parameters. Finally, the qualification rate of double mass flywheel tightening has been improved by data verification and resalts comparison.

摘要: 简单阐述了双质量飞轮常见的拧紧不合格问题,结合实际问题案例调查分析,运用相 应质量工具进行数据分析。针对如何提升双质量飞轮拧紧合格率,进行措施实施验证。最终 更换定位工装,优化调整支撑托盘的固定螺栓,并对拍照相机进行角度补偿值、圆心补偿值 及修正量参数设定,通过数据验证及结果对比,最终达到提升双质量飞轮拧紧合格率的目 的。
