Abstract: After a heavy truck was exported to Zambia for the first time, a batch of tire eccentric wear failure occurred, which greatly shortened the service life of tires and increased the cost of vehicle use, and the customer complained strongly. Starting from the occurrence mechanism of tire eccentric wear fault, this paper identifies the influencing factors, determines the important cause, makes the optimal plan, finally eliminates the fault, and summarizes a set of tire eccentric wear fault design prevention and process control methods, designed to guide subsequent product development.

摘要： 某重型载货汽车首次出口到赞比亚市场后出现批量轮胎偏磨故障，大幅缩短轮胎使用 寿命，增加用车成本，客户抱怨强烈。从轮胎偏磨故障发生机理出发，识别影响因素，确定 要因，制定最优方案，最终排除故障，同时总结出一套轮胎偏磨故障的设计预防及过程控制 方法，旨在指导后续产品开发。
