Abstract: Taking Maxim's coaxial transmission chip GMSL protocol as an example, the coaxial transmission theory of vehicle products is analyzed, the self-developed camera and vehicle central control host samples are debugged and verified, and experimental data are formed. The coaxial transmission compliance design conditions, technical recommendations, channel simulation, PCB and wiring harness loss recommendations, crosstalk specifications, schematic and PCB LAYOUT design recommendations, eye diagram testing, POC circuit design and verification process for imaging products are described, and the same axle cable transmission is a relatively stable and high-quality transmission solution for high-definition digital cameras in the automotive industry at present, soft and hard technology has advanced. It has promoted its in-depth application in the fields of human-computer interaction, unmanned driving, AR, and intelligent robots.

摘要: 以美信公司的同轴传输芯片 GMSL 协议为例,分析车载产品的同轴传输理论,调试验 证自行开发的摄像头和车载中控主机样件,形成实验数据。阐述了影像产品的同轴传输符合 性设计条件、技术建议、通道仿真、PCB 和线束损耗建议、串扰规范、原理图和 PCB LAYOUT 设计建议、眼图测试、POC 电路设计和验证过程,验证了同轴电缆传输是目前车载行业高清 数字摄像头相对稳定和高画质的传输方案,软硬技术进步。推动了其在人机交互、无人驾驶、 AR、智能机器人领域的深度应用。
