Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the boom of a vehicle in coasting conditions, this article uses the subjective evaluation method, through the vehicle noise test, noise transfer function test and component modal test, systematically analyzes the causes of the boom in coasting condition, and makes it clear that the boom in coasting condition is caused by the resonance of components on the transmission path. Finally, by optimizing the transmission path, the installation structure of the vehicle body is strengthened, the local mode is improved, and the connection form between the leaf spring and the rear drive axle is optimized to reduce the vibration transmission, so as to solve the sliding problem of roar condition.

摘要: 为了解决某车型滑行工况整车轰鸣音问题,文章运用主观评价法,通过整车噪音测试、 噪声传递函数测试、部件模态测试,对整车滑行工况轰鸣音问题产生的原因进行系统分析, 明确滑行工况轰鸣是由于传递路径上零部件共振引起的。最终通过优化传递路径方式,对车 体安装结构进行加强,提高局部模态,同时优化板簧与后驱动桥连接形式,减少振动传递, 从而解决了滑行工况的轰鸣音问题。
