Route Analysis of Emergency Resource Dispatch for Urban Road Traffic Emergencies

市域道路交通突发事件应急资源调度路径分析

Abstract: Emergency rescue dispatch should be efficient, timely and convenient to start emergency rescue dispatch when an accident occurs, so as to achieve as little loss as possible, but in the specific implementation, rescue equipment, rescue teams, rescue routes and other information can not be quickly determined, resulting in significant loss of life and safety of people and property. The article takes municipal road emergency resource scheduling as the background, conducts AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) hierarchical analysis on each impedance factor, and uses the shortest path Dijkstra algorithm for modelling to solve the optimal path for emergency resource scheduling of municipal traffic road networks. ArcGIS software is used to create a network analysis network model,and the Dijkstra shortest path algorithm is used to model the optimal path selection for emergency resource dispatching, making it more relevant to improve emergency rescue capabilities, and combined with practical examples to verify the feasibility of the GIS-based optimal path analysis solution for road emergency resource dispatching, providing the optimal path selection for urban road traffic emergency resource dispatching decision support.

摘要: 应急救援调度应在事故发生时,高效、及时、方便启动应急救援调度,从而使损失最 小化,但在具体实施时,救援设备、救援队伍、救援路线等信息不能快速确定,造成人员生 民安全和财产重大损失。文章以市域道路应急资源调度为背景,对各影响因素进行层次分析, 运用最短路径的 Dijkstra 算法进行建模,求解市域交通路网应急资源调度最优路径。采用 ArcGIS 软件创建道路网络模型,利用 Dijkstra 最短路径算法对应急资源调度选择最优路径, 提高应急救援能力的针对性,并结合实际案例,验证基于地理信息系统的公路应急资源调度 最优路径的可行性,为市域道路交通应急资源调度最优路径选择提供决策支持。
