Abstract: This paper introduces the main components and functions of the car seat, analyzes the main reasons for the early failure of the driver's seat, and gives the solution. The implementation of the solution can effectively reduce the early failure efficiency of the seat and improve the reliability of the seat.

摘要： 论文介绍了汽车座椅的主要部件及功能,具体分析了驾驶员座椅早期失效的主要原因,并给出了解决方案,通过方案的实施,有效降低了座椅的早期失效率,提高了座椅的可靠性。
