Abstract: The automotive seat crossbeam as a key structural component connecting the vehicle body offline manual inspection. This paper details the system's basic structure and workflow, and validates its effectiveness through practical application. The results show that the solution achieves 100% online inspection, high inspection efficiency, a low false rejection rate, and significant economic benefits, while effectively ensuring product quality. It provides a solution with both engineering practicality and theoretical reference value for the online dimensional inspection of critical holes in automotive components, enriching the technical approaches for in-process inspection in automated production lines. and the seat, the positional dimensional accuracy of the mounting holes on the automotive seat crossbeam assembly directly affects seat assembly performance, necessitating 100% full inspection. To address the issues of low efficiency, inspection lag, and high cost associated with manual inspection, and considering the technical requirements of automated manufacturing and in-process inspection, this paper proposes a mechanical pin-type online full inspection solution suitable for automated welding production lines. 摘要: 汽车座椅横梁总成作为连接车身与座椅的关键结构件,其安装孔位置尺寸精度直接影 响座椅的装配效果,需要 100%全检保证。文章针对该尺寸人工检测效率低、检测滞后、检测 成本高等问题,结合自动化制造与在线检测领域的技术需求,提出了一种适用于自动化焊接 生产线的机械销式在线全检方案。该方案基于通止规检测原理,融合可编程逻辑控制器(PLC) 控制技术,实现检测过程与生产节拍的同步匹配,突破传统人工离线检测的局限。文章详细 阐述了检测系统的基本构成和工作流程,并通过实际应用验证了该方案的有效性。研究结果 表明,该方案能实现 100%在线检测、检测效率高、误判率低、经济效益显著,能有效保障产 品质量,为汽车零部件关键孔位尺寸的在线检测提供了兼具工程实用性与理论参考价值的解 决方案,丰富了自动化生产线在线检测的技术路径。
