基于线平衡技术的重卡焊装生产线产能研究

Abstract: To improve the production efficiency and reduce cycle time loss of the main welding line for heavy trucks, this paper adopts the lean production line balancing method and the eliminate, combine, rearrange, simplify (ECRS) principle to optimize the heavy truck body-in-white main welding line with reciprocating swing rod conveying mode. In robot welding stations, cycle time is optimized by adjusting man-machine operation matching and integrating and simplifying operation contents. Operation rearrangement is applied to manual welding stations to raise working efficiency. After optimization, the line balance rate of the main welding line rises from 82.87% to 89.44% with obvious improvement effect. This optimization method is applicable to production lines with rigid linkage and has popularization value.

摘要: 为提升重卡焊装主焊线生产效率、减少节拍损失,文章依托精益生产线平衡法与取消、 合并、重排、简化(ECRS)原则,针对往复式摆杆输送结构的重卡白车身主焊线开展优化。 机器人工位通过调整人机作业配比、整合并精简作业内容完成节拍改善,人工焊装工位依靠 工序重排实现效率提升。优化后主焊线线平衡率从 82.87%升至 89.44%,改善效果显著。该优 化方式可广泛应用于刚性联动类生产线,具备实际推广价值。
