电动叉车智能整车控制器上下电控制及 故障诊断策略分析

Abstract: To ensure the safe and stable operation of electric forklifts and accurate fault diagnosis analysis, this paper focuses on the vehicle control unit (VCU) of electric forklifts and designs a comprehensive power up and down strategy alongside a hierarchical fault diagnosis system. Test results demonstrate that the power up and down strategy ensures stable system operation with control logic meeting requirements, while the fault diagnosis module achieves 100% of the targets in modelin-the-loop (MIL) testing. In real-vehicle tests, the system achieves a fault identification accuracy of over 98% with rapid response. This study effectively enhances the operational safety and maintenance efficiency of electric forklifts, providing a valuable reference for the optimization of industrial vehicle systems.

摘要: 为保障电动叉车安全稳定运行以及故障的精准诊断分析,文章以电动叉车整车控制器 (VCU)为核心,设计了完整的上下电策略与分层次故障诊断系统。测试验证表明,上下电 策略可实现系统的平稳运行,控制逻辑符合需求,故障诊断模块在模型在环(MIL)测试中 指标均达到 100%,实车测试中系统故障识别准确率达到 98%以上,响应迅速。研究有效提升 了电动叉车的运行安全性与维护便捷性,为工业车辆系统的优化提供了参考。
