Research on the Oil Leakage Problem of the Reversing Cylinder in Sealed Automotive Cabs

Abstract: In response to the oil leakage problem of the reversing cylinder in a certain car cab, this article analyzes factors such as the structure, assembly process, and component quality of the reversing cylinder. It is found that the unreasonable structural size of the cylinder sealing ring groove leads to the formation of sharp corners during processing. When the sealing ring is inserted into the ring groove, it is damaged due to the compression caused by the extension and retraction of the piston rod. The groove of the cylinder liner sealing ring is changed from a secondary angle of 75°to a right angle of 90°, and the edge angle r is changed from 0.2 to 0.3. In the assembly process, roughness detection and grease application procedures are added. At the same time, the original one sealing ring is changed to two, effectively solving the problem of oil leakage in the overturning cylinder.

摘要: 针对某汽车驾驶室翻转油缸漏油问题,文章对翻转油缸的结构、装配工艺、零部件质 量等因素进行分析,发现油缸密封圈槽结构尺寸不合理导致加工形成尖角,在密封圈装入圈 槽时,因活塞杆伸缩运动时的挤压导致受损。将缸套密封圈槽由副角 75°改为直角 90°,棱 角 r 由 0.2 改为 0.3,并在装配环节增加粗糙度检测和涂抹润滑脂等工序,同时将原有的一道 密封圈改为两道,有效解决了翻转油缸漏油问题。
