Abstract: This paper studies the assist characteristics and simulation of electric power steering system, which provides theoretical basis and design method for the design and development of electric power steering system. Based on the comparison and analysis of linear, zigzag and curvilinear assist characteristic curves, the power assist control strategy of EPS system based on fuzzy control is proposed, and the three-dimensional atlas of EPS power curve under different vehicle speed and steering wheel torque input is obtained. The three-dimensional atlas of EPS power curve shows that the power assistance control strategy based on fuzzy control is in line with the actual EPS system's assistance in the steering process requirements.

摘要: 对汽车电动助力转向系统的助力特性分析,以电动助力转向系统的设计方法为研究对象,首先分析了三种助力转向特性曲线,分别为直线型、折线型和曲线形,以此为基础提出模糊控制的电动助力转向系统控制方法,运用仿真软件得出不同车速、角输入和力矩输入条件下的助力三维图谱,经过分析证明模糊控制策略符合电动助力系统的控制要求。
