Abstract: Using the existing models to complete the extended range electric car body reform can not only save development costs, but also speed up the upgrading of new products. Based on the body of an extended range electric vehicle of the company, the paper introduces the construction of the body restructuring platform, and explains the size adjustment and restructuring methods of the body lean restructuring, including cutting position selection, marking, fixing and translation before cutting, wheelbase extension splicing process, body widening splicing process, body heightening tooling production, and body heightening splicing process. The characteristics of the method are described in detail. The accuracy error values of the vehicle body are all less than 2 mm, which verifies the effectiveness of the method. This method ensures the realization of the body structure of the new model, controls the cost of restructuring, shorts the development cycle, and provides a new idea for the subsequent restructuring scheme.

摘要: 利用现有车型完成增程式电动车身改制,不仅可以节省开发成本,还可以加快新产品 升级换代。文章基于公司某款增程式电动车车身,介绍了车身改制平台搭建,说明了车身精 益化改制 X 向加长,Y 向加宽,Z 向加高的尺寸调整改制方法,从切割位置选择及划线、切割 前固定及平移、轴距加长拼接工艺、车身加宽拼接工艺、车身加高工装制作、车身加高拼接 工艺,详细阐述了方法特点。经车身检查和评审,车身精度误差值均小于 2 mm,验证了方法 的有效性。该方法保证了新车型车身结构的实现,还控制了改制成本,缩短了研发周期,为 后续改制方案提供新的思路。
