Abstract: According to the application of module power supply in electrophoresis production, this paper studies the module power supply for electrophoretic painting of key equipment in electro- phoresis production line, proposes an energy-saving module power supply based on IGBT/SiC MOSFET soft switching technology, and applies it to cathodic electrophoresis production line through distributed control through compatible industrial network. Through the application of soft switching technology to achieve zero voltage on, zero current off, switching frequency increase, single switching tube voltage tolerance value reduction and high voltage breakdown risk, so that the electrophoresis module power supply self-loss is greatly reduced, device voltage tolerance, equipment service life and module use efficiency is greatly improved, to achieve the effect of saving energy in electrophoresis production. From the perspective of technology foresight, it has certain scientific research value.

摘要: 根据模块电源在电泳生产中的使用,文章对电泳生产线上关键设备电泳涂漆用模块电 源进行研究,提出一种基于 IGBT/SiC MOSFET 软开关技术的节能型模块电源,并通过兼容 工业网络实施分布式控制应用于阴极电泳生产线。通过软开关技术的应用达到了零电压开通、 零电流关断、开关频率提升、单个开关管电压耐受值降低以及高压击穿风险,使得电泳模块 电源自身损耗大幅度降低,器件耐压程度、设备使用寿命以及模块使用效率大幅度提升,达 成在电泳生产中节省能耗的效果。从技术前瞻性的角度来看,具有一定的科学研究价值。
