Abstract: With the increase in the number of new energy vehicles, vehicle accidents occur frequently, so it is necessary to study an electric vehicle operation safety test system, rapid inspection of vehicles, in advance to detect hidden dangers of vehicles, so as to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents, the system is mainly composed of mechanical system, electrical system, software system, using the overall design and then the design of the technical route. Under the premise of comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, the inspection and test system is developed to meet the requirements of the whole model. After successful research, the system passes the demonstration application of third-party testing and inspection institutions, and meets the requirements of rapid and non-disassembly detection of vehicles.

摘要: 随着新能源汽车保有量的增加,车辆事故频繁发生,因此有必要研究一种电动汽车运 行安全测试系统,对车辆进行快速检验,提前发现车辆隐患,从而减少交通事故的发生。该 系统主要由机械系统、电气系统、软件系统组成,采用先总体设计再分项设计的技术路线。 在综合考虑乘用车和商用车特点的前提下,开发了满足全车型的检验测试系统,该系统研究 成功后,通过第三方测试及检验机构示范应用,满足了车辆快速不解体检测的要求。
