Abstract: According to the steps that need to be done by the spraying robot in the automobile coating plant to introduce the new model, the formulation of spraying trajectory, offline profiling programming, on-site teaching, paint film debugging and other aspects are introduced in detail. At the same time, the problems encountered in the development process are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward to make the paint appearance quality of the new model meet the standard, Finally, it ensures the smooth production of new models in the automobile coating plant.

摘要: 现代化社会的发展促进了汽车行业的创新优化,人们对新车型油漆外观与质量产生了 更高的要求,促使汽车行业优化自身新车型的开发调试工序。按照汽车涂装厂喷涂机器人导 入新车型需要做的步骤,对制定喷涂轨迹、离线仿形程序编制、现场示教、漆膜调试等方面 进行了详细介绍,同时也对开发过程中所遇到的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施, 使得新车型油漆外观质量达标,最终保证了自主完成汽车涂装厂新增车型的顺利投产。
