Abstract: Electronic pneumatic braking system (EBS) is a new electronic braking system gradually applied to commercial vehicles, and its function and performance have a direct impact on vehicle safety. Based on the general function and performance of EBS system, This paper selects a pure electric bus, van and 6×4 tractor to carry out comparative tests of electronic control function, response time, speed reduction control and brake assist, the test and evaluation method for EBS system are established, which provides a reference for EBS development and standards research.

摘要: 电控气压制动系统(EBS)作为逐步应用在商用车辆上的新型电控制动系统,其功能、 性能技术水平直接影响整车安全。基于电控气压制动系统(EBS)的通用功能和主要性能, 文章选取某纯电动大型客车、厢式货车、6×4 牵引车,开展了电子控制功能、响应时间、减 速度控制、制动辅助对比试验,建立了针对 EBS 系统的性能评价指标和试验方法,为企业实 际开展 EBS 系统开发和相关标准的研究制定提供了借鉴和参考。
