Abstract: Based on the abnormal sound fault of automotive water pump seals, this paper discusses the aspects of product structure, possible causes of abnormal sound, and solutions, forming some reference content. The analysis methods used in this article include data collection, bench reproduction, structural and process improvement, and effect verification. Detailed analysis is conducted on the factors that may cause abnormal sounds, and ultimately, slip adhesion phenomenon is identified as the main cause of abnormal sounds. On this basis, a series of process optimizations are carried out and good results are achieved.

摘要: 针对汽车水泵水封异响故障,文章从产品结构、可能引起异响的原因,以及解决措施 等方面进行了探讨,形成了一些具有参考意义的内容。所采用的分析方法为数据收集、台架 复现、结构及工艺改进、效果验证等,对于可能引起异响的因素均进行了详细分析,最终找 出滑移粘着现象为引起异响的主要原因。在此基础上,进行了一系列工艺优化,并取得了较 好的效果。
