Abstract: Automobile front bumper is an important part of modern automobile structure, which integrates safety and decoration, and the rationality of its design is of great significance to automobile research and development. This paper introduces the composition of the automobile front bumper and the material selection of each component, and also summarizes the matching structural design of the front bumper and peripheral parts such as center grill and fender, in order to provide reference for the subsequent similar structural design. At the same time, according to the cracking or fracture of the front bumper feedback by customers of previous models, the strength of the front bumper based on the external vibration frequency response is analyzed by using the finite element analysis software HyperMesh and Nastran. The analysis results show that under the corresponding frequency, the maximum stress of the front bumper beam and mounting bracket is less than the yield strength of the material, which verifies that the previous bumper design meets the requirements, avoiding the subsequent tooling repair cost of the front bumper due to cracking or fracture of the front bumper.

摘要: 汽车前保险杠是现代汽车结构的重要组成部分,集安全性、装饰性于一体,其设计的 合理性对汽车研发具有重要意义。文章介绍了汽车前保险杠的组成部分及其材料选择,同时 还概述了前保险杠与周边件如中网、翼子板等的匹配结构设计,旨在为后续同类结构设计提 供参考。同时根据以往车型顾客反馈的前保险杠开裂或断裂情况,利用有限元分析软件 HyperMesh 和 Nastran 对前保险杠基于外界振动频率响应的强度进行分析,分析结果表明,在 相应频率下前保险杠横梁及安装支架的最大应力均小于材料的屈服强度,验证了此前保险杠 设计符合要求,避免后续因前保险杠开裂或断裂等导致前保险杠的修模费用。
