Abstract: With the rapid development of manufacturing technology in China, commercial vehicles have achieved significant improvements in comfort and intelligence. At the same time, the electrical system of commercial vehicles also tends to be complicated, and the skill requirements of maintenance personnel are constantly improving, while the reserve of after-sales service and maintenance talents of commercial vehicles is seriously insufficient. The paper takes solving the shortage of commercial vehicle maintenance talents, the difficulty of recruiting maintenance personnel of commercial vehicle after-sales service stations, and the insufficient output of commercial vehicle professionals in higher vocational colleges as the starting point. From the three aspects of developing commercial vehicle maintenance core courses, practical training base planning and construction, and cooperation level evaluation, establish a three-way cooperation model of school-enterprise station training commercial vehicle maintenance talents, open a new mechatronic commercial vehicle talent training model, comprehensively and deeply promote the three-way cooperation of school-enterprise station, and take this opportunity to achieve win-win results. In the end, high standard talents for commercial vehicle after-sales maintenance channels are transported, which not only fulfills the social responsibility of the enterprise, but also ensures the employment rate of the school. To provide a formal and effective learning way for the training of commercial vehicle talents, sustainable and stable output of mature commercial vehicle talents for the society.

摘要： 随着我国制造业技术迅猛发展，商用车在舒适性及智能化方面均实现了显著提升。同 时，商用车的电气系统亦趋于复杂化，对维修人员的技能要求不断提高，而商用车售后服务 维修人才储备却严重不足，文章以解决商用车维修人才短缺、商用车售后服务站维修人员招 聘困难、高职院校商用车专业人才输出不足为出发点，从开发商用车维修核心课程、实训基 地规划建设、合作等级评估三方面研究，建立校企站三元合作培养商用车维修人才模式，开 启全新的机电一体化商用车人才培养模式，全方位、深层次地推进校企站三方合作，并以此 为契机，实现多方共赢，最终为商用车售后维修渠道输送高标准人才，不仅履行了企业的社 会责任，也保证了学校的就业率。为商用车人才培养提供正规、有效的学习途径，可持续稳 定地为社会输出成熟的商用车人才。
