Abstract: With the increasing application of composite materials in vehicle structural components, it is necessary to verify their vibration reliability. Considering the temperature sensitivity of resin matrix materials in composite materials, this study proposes a temperature based vibration testing method for vehicle structural components, which is more closely related to the actual environment of users and improves the accuracy of vibration fatigue testing for composite vehicle structural components. Taking the vibration fatigue test of composite material fender bracket as an example, the road load spectrum data of the fender bracket is first collected and preprocessed. Then, the ratio coefficient of empty and full load working conditions is introduced to calculate the acceleration random vibration spectrum of test bench. Then temperature based test bench vibration is carried out. Finally, the test results are evaluated using a combination of crack observation method, verticality detection method, and industrial CT three-dimensional scanning method, the test results are generally in line with the target specifications. The study demonstrates that the research findings can guide the implementation of vibration fatigue testing for composite vehicle structural components and facilitate the evaluation of test results.

摘要: 随着复合材料在车辆结构件上应用越来越广泛,对其振动可靠性进行验证十分重要。 考虑到复合材料中树脂基体材料对温度敏感的问题,文章提出了一种基于温度的车辆结构件 振动试验方法,更加贴近用户实际使用环境工况,提高了复合材料车辆结构件振动疲劳试验的 准确性。以复合材料前挡泥板支架振动疲劳试验为例,首先采集挡泥板支架道路载荷谱数据 并预处理,接着引入空满载工况配比系数计算台架加速随机振动谱,然后开展基于温度的台 架振动试验,依次为低温振动、常温振动和高温振动,最后采用垂直度检测法、裂纹观察法 和工业 CT 三维扫描相结合的方法对试验结果进行评价,试验结果基本符合目标要求。研究 表明,所做的研究可用于指导后续复合材料车辆结构件振动疲劳试验开展和试验结果评价。
