基于天窗视野区域的汽车天窗设计方法

Abstract: With the rapid development of the automotive industry, consumers have increasingly higher expectations for the visual experience provided by sunroofs, leading to greater diversification in sunroof types and posing new challenges for design. To address this issue, this paper introduces the concept of the "sunroof vision zone" to quantify visibility requirements and elaborates on the specific design methodology for this zone. Using a passenger vehicle as a case study, it illustrates the application process of the sunroof vision zone in practical design. Results show that the automotive sunroof design method based on the sunroof vision zone can quickly identify the optimal sunroof solution, effectively meet visibility demands, and provide significant practical guidance for the design and development of automotive sunroofs.

摘要: 随着汽车工业的快速发展,消费者对于天窗的视野体验提出了更高要求,天窗类型也 因此日益多样化,这给设计工作带来了新的挑战。为解决这一问题,文章引入了“天窗视野 区域”的概念,以量化体现天窗的视野要求,并详细阐述了该区域的具体设计方法。文章以 某乘用车为研究对象,结合实例说明了天窗视野区域在实际设计中的应用流程。结果表明, 基于天窗视野区域的汽车天窗设计方法,能够快速匹配出最优的天窗方案,有效满足视野需 求,对汽车天窗的设计与开发具有重要的实践指导意义。
