Design Scheme of Intelligent In-Vehicle Drunk Driving Detection System Based on Image and Multi-Sensor Fusion

Abstract: The problem of drunk driving should not be underestimated. The existing alcohol detectors on the market have drawbacks such as complex operation and high false alarm rates. This paper designs an intelligent in-vehicle drunk driving detection system based on multi-sensor fusion. By integrating pressure sensor HX711, ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04, alcohol sensor MQ-3, air quality sensor MQ-135, temperature sensor, camera sensor, and combining sound and light alarm, organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and relay control module to build a three-level protection mechanism of "detection–warning–forced intervention". The experiments are carried out in accordance with the Blood & Breath Alcohol Concentration and Examination for Vehicle Drivers (GB 19522–2024) standard. The results show that the accuracy of alcohol concentration detection is increased by 80%, the root mean square error is ±3%, and the response time is improved by 40%. The system effectively enhances driving safety by accurately identifying drunk driving behavior and forcibly cutting off vehicle power, providing a high-precision and low-cost solution for the research and development of intelligent in-vehicle safety equipment.

摘要: 酒驾问题不容小觑,市面上现存的酒精检测仪存在操作复杂、误报率高等缺陷,文章 设计了一种多传感器融合的智能车载酒驾检测系统。通过集成压力传感器 HX711、超声波传 感器 HC-SR04、酒精传感器 MQ-3、空气质量传感器 MQ-135、温度传感器、摄像头传感器, 结合声光报警、有机发光二极管(OLED)显示器及继电器控制模块,构建出“检测-警示- 强制介入”三级防护机制,实验依据《车辆驾驶人员血液、呼气酒精含量阈值》(GB 19522 -2024)标准开展。结果显示,酒精浓度检测的精准度提升 80%,均方根误差为±3%,响应 时间提升了 40%。系统通过精准判别酒驾行为并强制切断车辆动力,有效提升行车安全性, 为智能车载安全设备研发提供高精度、低成本的解决方案。
