基于 AHP-FCE 的动力电池性能评价系统研究

Abstract: Aiming at the limitations of traditional performance evaluation methods for power batteries, including an incomplete evaluation index system, strong subjectivity in weight assignment and numerous fuzzy evaluation indicators, this study establishes a scientific and systematic threeevel "target layer–criterion layer–index layer" evaluation index system through literature research and expert consultation. It adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method, combines the advantage of AHP in quantitative weight assignment with the fuzzy information processing capability of FCE, and addresses the problems of subjectivity in index weight allocation and difficulty in quantifying fuzzy indicators. Meanwhile, it develops an operable and high-precision evaluation system based on MATLAB to realize scientific, objective and accurate evaluation of power battery performance, thus providing a scientific basis for the research and development optimization, type selection and matching, as well as operation and maintenance management of power batteries.

摘要: 针对传统动力电池性能评价方法存在的评价指标体系不完善、权重主观性强、模糊性 指标多等局限,该研究通过文献研究、专家咨询,构建“目标层-准则层-指标层”三级科 学系统的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)-模糊综合评价法(FCE),结合 AHP 的权 重量化优势与 FCE 的模糊信息处理能力,解决指标权重分配主观化、模糊性指标难以量化的 问题,同时运用 MATLAB 开发可操作、高精度的评价系统,实现动力电池性能的科学客观精 准评价,为研发优化、选型匹配、运维管理提供科学依据。
