Abstract: Pure electric trucks are currently widely used. However, the heavy weight of the frame and the additional load from power batteries severely affect the cruising range. Therefore, as the core load-bearing component of the entire vehicle, lightweight design of the frame structure is of great significance. This paper focuses on the structural optimization of the frame for pure electric trucks. A three-dimensional model of the pure electric truck frame was established using CATIA software, and ANSYS software is employed to analyze the static mechanical properties and modal characteristics under five working conditions. Based on the analysis results, the structure was optimized and verified. The results show that the optimized structure achieves a weight reduction of 46.51 kg (8.02% mass reduction), and both the maximum stress and maximum deformation meet the requirements of the optimal design.

摘要: 目前纯电动载货车应用广泛,车架质量大、动力电池额外载荷大,严重影响续航能力, 因此作为整车核心承载部件,车架结构设计的轻量化具有重要意义。文章主要研究纯电动载 货车车架的结构优化,通过 CATIA 软件构建纯电动载货车车架三维模型,使用 ANSYS 软件 分析 5 种工况下的静力学和模态特性,根据分析结果对结构进行优化设计并开展验证分析。 结果表明,改进后的结构实现减重 46.51 kg,质量减少 8.02%,最大应力、最大变形量均满足 优化设计的要求。
