Abstract: This paper addresses automotive corrosion issues by proposing a cost controlled optimization method for automotive corrosion. Through in-depth analysis of automotive corrosion mechanisms and influencing factors, a dynamic corrosion cost calculation model is established. Combined with multi-objective optimization algorithms, a comprehensive optimization strategy integrating structural design, material selection, and anti-corrosion processes is presented. Research demonstrates that the proposed method significantly reduces automotive corrosion costs while enhancing vehicle service life and economic benefits. This study provides scientific cost-control solutions for corrosion protection to automotive manufacturers, offering critical implications for improving product quality and competitiveness.

摘要: 文章针对汽车腐蚀问题,提出了一种基于成本控制的汽车腐蚀优化设计方法。通过深 入分析汽车腐蚀机理及影响因素,构建了动态腐蚀成本计算模型,并结合多目标优化算法, 提出了结构设计、材料选择和防腐工艺的综合优化策略。研究表明,采用文章提出的方法可 显著降低汽车腐蚀成本,提高车辆使用寿命和经济效益。该研究为汽车制造企业提供了科学的 腐蚀防护成本控制方案,对提升汽车产品质量和竞争力具有重要意义。
