Abstract: With the continuous upgrading of the new energy vehicle industry, especially its in-depth integration with digital technology, the industry demands digital and innovative talents. This puts forward higher requirements for the vocational competence system of teachers specializing in new energy vehicles in higher vocational colleges. Based on the context of the digital age, combined with the development characteristics of the new energy vehicle industry, and relying on the "Golden Seed" young teachers project, this article first analyzes the core competence requirements for new energy vehicle major teachers in the digital age. Then, it proposes competence improvement strategies from three dimensions: the construction of a training system, the establishment of a practical platform, and the innovation of teaching models. Furthermore, it constructs an evaluation system with four-dimensional indicators, namely "teaching-profession-industry-scientific research". Finally, it forms a closed-loop mechanism of "competence improvement–dynamic evaluation–continuous improvement". It provides theoretical references and practical paths for the construction of the teaching staff in the new energy vehicle major, and contributes to the digital reform of higher vocational education.

摘要: 随着新能源汽车产业的不断升级,尤其是与数字化技术的深度融合,产业需求数字化 创新型人才,故对高职院校新能源汽车专业教师的职业能力体系提出了更高的要求。文章基 于数字化时代的大背景,结合新能源汽车产业的发展特征,依托“金种子”青年教师项目, 在分析数字化时代新能源汽车专业教师的核心能力需求的基础上,从培训体系构建、实践平 台搭建、教学模式创新三个维度提出能力提升策略,构建“教学-专业-产业-科研”四维指标的 评价体系,最后形成“能力提升-动态评价-持续改进”的闭环机制,为新能源汽车专业师 资队伍建设提供理论参考和实践路径,助力高职教育数字化改革。
