Design of Damper with Torque Limiter for Hybrid Light Truck and Test Verification of Torsional Vibration Performance

混动轻卡限扭减振器设计及扭振性能试验验证

Abstract: This paper focuses on the design and performance simulation of a damper with torque limiter for a series-parallel hybrid light truck.The study begins with an introduction to the configura tion and parameters ofthe hybrid light truck's drivetrain system,along with the structure and working principles of the damper with torque limiter.Subsequently,the necessity of designing key parameters for the damper is analyzed to derive the torque-limiting capacity and torsional characteristics parameters.Bench tests are then conducted to validate the torsional performance of the damper. Furthermore,a simulation model is developed using AMESim software to analyze the torsional vibration suppression effects under idle and engine-start conditions.Both simulation and real-vehicle test results demonstrate that the designed damper with torque limiter significantly mitigates torsional vibrations in the hybrid truck's drivetrain system.

摘要: 文章针对某款混联混合动力轻型卡车,开展限扭减振器的设计及性能仿真。首先,介 绍该混合动力轻卡传动系统的构型、参数,以及限扭减振器的结构和工作原理;其次,分析 对限扭减振器关键参数设计的必要性,进而获得扭转减振器限扭力矩与其扭转特性参数;再 次,通过台架试验验证限扭减振器的扭转特性;最后,基于 AMESim 软件搭建仿真模型,并 在怠速和发动机启动工况下对扭转振动抑制效果进行仿真分析。仿真与实车测试结果表明, 所设计的限扭减振器可以显著抑制混合动力轻卡传动系的扭转振动。
