Abstract: As the ownership of new energy vehicles gradually increases, the industry places higher requirements on the after-sales management and operation models of power battery manufacturers. Focusing on the four core challenges facing the power battery industry: high costs, long charging time, multiple potential safety hazards, and difficult battery recycling, this paper studies the characteristics of the battery bank, a brand-new business model, based on the development path of power batteries. It conducts an in-depth analysis of its operation model and enterprise practices, and looks forward to its future development. Finally, development suggestions for battery banks are proposed from four aspects: conducting small-scale pilot projects, connecting battery supervision platforms, accelerating the formulation of relevant standards, and promoting the development of solid-state battery technology.

摘要： 随着新能源汽车的保有量逐步增大，行业对动力电池制造企业的售后管理和运营模式 也提出了更高的要求。文章基于动力电池行业存在的成本高、充电时间长、安全隐患多、电 池回收难这四个方面的困扰难题，结合动力电池发展路径，在换电模式的基础上，研究了电 池银行这一全新商业模式的特点，深入分析其运营模式和企业实践，并对电池银行的未来发 展进行展望。最后从开展小范围试点、打通电池监管平台、加快相关标准制定、推进固态电 池技术发展四个方面，给出电池银行的发展建议。
