Abstract: In order to solve intermittent abnormal body noise when vehicles pass through rough roads or when steering, this paper studies the sound transmission characteristics and uses the start times of vibration sensor to quickly and effectively locate the source of abnormal noise, thereby solving the problem of abnormal noise. The method of using the time difference of sound transmission to quickly locate the root cause of problem in this paper provides a way and a reference to the noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) improvement of the body, especially for solving the vibration and noise problems of body that cannot be disassembled or replaced.

摘要: 为解决车辆经过不平路面或转向时产生的间断性车身异响问题,文章对声音传播特性 进行研究,利用各振动传感器起振时间的先后顺序,能够快速有效地定位异响声源位置,从 而解决异响问题。文章提出的利用声音传播时间差快速定位异响根源的方法,对于解决车身 噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)改进,特别是不可拆卸或者更换替代的车身振动噪声问题 具有很好的借鉴意义。
