Abstract: This paper focuses on the design and optimization of a four-wheel drive (4WD) transmission system for Baja racing vehicles operating in complex off-road environments. By analyzing the typical working conditions and performance requirements of Baja vehicles, an integrated system design scheme combining the main reducer and limited-slip differential is proposed, encompassing the layout of transmission routes and mechanisms, as well as parameter selection and structural design of key components. Based on the vehicle design parameters of the Baja car, the transmission ratio of the main reducer is preliminarily determined and further optimized using OptimumLap software to achieve optimal performance. Finite element analysis through ANSYS software is conducted to simulate and validate the reliability of critical components such as gears and reducer housings. This research provides valuable reference for the design and optimization of transmission systems in Baja racing vehicles.

摘要: 文章针对巴哈赛车在复杂越野环境下的动力传递需求,围绕四轮驱动(4WD)传动系 统的设计与优化展开研究。通过分析巴哈赛车的典型工况及性能指标,提出集成主减速器与 限滑差速器的系统设计方案,包括传动路线和传动机构的布置、主要零部件的参数选择和结 构设计。在巴哈赛车整车设计参数基础上初步确定主减速器传动比,并采用 OptimumLap 软 件对其进行优化,以实现最佳性能。运用 ANSYS 有限元分析软件对齿轮、减速器壳体等关 键零部件进行仿真分析并验证其可靠性。研究为巴哈赛车传动系统设计和优化提供了一定参 考价值。
