Abstract: With the significant reduction in operating noise of powertrains in new energy vehicles (including hybrid, extended-range, and pure electric types), the abnormal noise issue of vibrationdamping rubber components has become increasingly prominent in such vehicles. Through longterm research, a set of mechanism analysis and test verification methods for the abnormal noise of vibration-damping rubber components has been summarized. The process is as follows: first, collect the original signals under abnormal noise road conditions on the entire vehicle, then analyze the abnormal noise transmission path, and subsequently use digital signal processing and high-pass filtering technology to convert these signals into bench simulation test conditions. This enables the reproduction of abnormal noise phenomena consistent with those on the entire vehicle, thereby accurately identifying the root cause of abnormal noise and formulating solutions. This research integrates theoretical analysis and measured data, providing practical theoretical guidance for solving the abnormal noise problem of vibration-damping rubber components in new energy vehicles.

摘要: 随着新能源汽车(含混合动力、增程及纯电动类型)动力系统运行噪声大幅降低,减 振橡胶件的异响问题在这类车型上愈发凸显。经长期研究,已总结出一套针对减振橡胶件异 响的机理分析与测试验证方法:首先在整车上采集异响路况下的原始信号,再分析异响传递 路径,随后运用数字信号处理与高通滤波技术转化为台架模拟试验条件,以此再现与整车一 致的异响现象,进而精准识别异响根源并制定解决方案。该研究融合理论分析与实测数据, 为解决新能源汽车减振橡胶件异响问题提供了切实可行的理论指导。
