Abstract: This paper grounds in the perspective of industry-education integration, and focuses on the structural contradiction between supply and demand caused by the accelerated technological iteration in the new energy vehicle industry and the lagging adaptability of vocational education. It conducts an empirical investigation using the reform practices of secondary vocational education in Fujian Province as a typical case. The research reveals three major misalignment issues within the province's new energy vehicle programs: a 3~5 year generational gap in teaching content, 73% of training platforms lacking intelligent connected vehicle modules, and less than 20% enterprise participation rate in cultivating "dual-qualified" teachers. Aiming to enhance educational adaptability, the study constructs a collaborative talent development mechanism characterized by a "threedimensional ability model+four-stage practical training system+dual-track teacher mechanism." Through technological innovations such as ANSYS digital twin simulations and Vector CANoe fault simulation, diagnostic error rates are reduced by 40%. Relying on the dual-track system involving resident enterprise engineers in schools and teachers entering enterprises, the proportion of "dual-qualified" teachers is increased to 65%. Empirical data show that under this collaborative mechanism, pilot schools saw a 28% increase in student skill competition award rates, an 87% rate of employment in relevant fields, and a 57% reduction in enterprise training cycles. The research outcomes provide a replicable practical model for resolving the challenge of aligning vocational education with industrial upgrading, effectively demonstrating the feasibility of dynamically matching educational adaptability with industrial demands.

摘要: 文章立足产教融合视域,聚焦新能源汽车产业技术迭代加速与职业教育适应性滞后引 发的供需结构性矛盾,以福建省中职教育改革实践为典型样本开展实证研究。通过调研发现, 省内新能源汽车专业存在教学内容代际差达 3~5 年、73%的实训平台缺乏智能网联模块、“双 师型”教师企业参与率不足 20%等三重错位问题。研究基于教育适应性提升目标,构建“三 维能力模型+四阶实训体系+双轨师资机制”的协同育人机制,即通过 ANSYS 数字孪生仿真、 Vector CANoe 故障模拟等技术创新,实现诊断错误率降低 40%;依托企业驻校工程师与教师 入企双轨制,推动“双师型”教师占比提升至 65%。实证数据显示,该协同育人机制下试点 学校学生技能大赛获奖率提升 28%,对口就业率达 87%,企业培训周期缩短 57%。研究成果 为破解职业教育与产业升级适配难题提供了可复制的实践范式,有效验证了教育适应性与产 业需求动态匹配的可行性。
